2003 and is owned by Kim Rinkevich. Kim spent a
few years working with some very talented painters
and developed skill as well as a love for the art of
facepainting. She made friends along the way and
developed relationships with many different
entertainers. Plano Party Animals is the result of her
love for children's entertainment coupled with
friendships with like minded artists.
